This has been our second time visiting Neighbors and it didn't disappoint. As LA natives visiting for the Rise festival, we decided to stop here for brunch.
Food
My wife ordered the corn beef smash-chimichuri sauce. The corn beef was tender and moist. The potatoes were a very nice consistency of soft inside and crispy outside. If you're a fan of corn beef, then this is a must-try. I ordered the breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese, sausage, and potatoes. It was a pretty large burrito that can be shared between 2 people. The burrito itself was bursting with flavor with cheesy-goodness. We also ordered a matcha latte and nutella latte, both of which were good and not too sweet.
Ambiance
Fast-casual and homey type of feel. Seating can be to difficult to find during busy times since patrons seat themselves. The 2 times I've visited have been during brunch on the weekend and seating was hard to get, especially with my large party. It was all a matter of scoping the scene and waiting for tables to free up. If you come with a group larger than 4 then expect to either sit apart or simply move tables around to sit together. Fortunately, I heard that they'll be opening up the space next door so this will alleviate large crowds during peak times.
Service
The line for the register can back up all the way into the door during peak times, but the staff do their best to get the orders in. The servers do a great job in busting tables as quickly as possible. In my last visit, my party of 6 found a table by the window, but we realized that we were in the sun and made it uncomfortably hot; there was no curtain or blinds to shield the sunlight. We asked a staff to help us move a few tables and chairs out of the sun and they did so happily. One change I'd like to see is they install some drapes/blinds to cover the sunshine.
Overall
The food is of great quality and the taste of each item is even better. Our past two visits to Las Vegas have included visiting Neighbors so I look forward to coming here each time now. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Great brunch spot to eat. Can't wait to return and try other menu items. Can you guys please open another location in Los Angeles? -

Second time trying this place out. Gave it 2 stars. For over priced breakfast food, it was a huge let down.
Breakfast burrito tasted like it was frozen. Under cooked French toast and the orange juice is not orange juice. I always give a place 2 tries before I leave a review. It's way over priced if you ask me and the food is subpar -

My family and I traveled to Vegas from California for my daughter's gymnastics competition this past Saturday September 28, 2019. We decided to eat at Neighbors and what a mistake that was.
My daughter has a severe food allergy to avocado. She ordered a sandwich that comes with it so we asked if they could just make it without avocado. The sandwich was made with avocado so my husband asked if they could please make a new one being that our daughter has a severe allergy. THEY GAVE US THE SAME SANDWICH!!! ALL THEY DID WAS REMOVE THE AVOCADO AND TOOK SOME TIME TO PRETEND A NEW ONE WAS MADE!!! MY DAUGHTER'S THROAT BEGAN TO CLOSE SO SHE CHECKED THE SANDWICH A LITTLE MORE CAREFUL AND SAW SOME AVOCADO UNDER THE CHEESE!!!
We had to leave since my daughter continued to get worse. We really wanted to talk to the manager but he was in an interview. I don't know if someone is instructing these cooks to do that but in my opinion, management should really inform them how serious a food allergy can be. IF YOU DECIDE TO VISIT THIS PLACE AND HAVE A SEVERE FOOD ALLERGY PLEASE BE ALERT!!!
1. My sandwich was made with avocado twice after being told of a food allergy.
2. Our food took quite long and it didn't come out together. We were a party of six and two of my children were eating after 4 of us were done.
3. The manager should be available for these types of situations. -

Very good restaurant with fair/above average prices. Came here for lunch on a weekday and this place was crowded. Although it was busy, service was still great and food came out quick. This restaurant may appear to look like a sit down brunch spot, but you order first at the register and then they'll bring your food to you. I ordered the French toast, hash, and a burger with bacon on it. I loved every dish that I ordered. Overall, this is a very cool and modern restaurant to get breakfast/brunch and I'll definitely be back.

This is one of those places where I was driving by for years and never paid attention that this is Cafe. It's located on Ft Apache Rd and Oquendo Rd, close to Russel Rd. Finally when I went, it was delicious food. This modern cafe offers variety from the menu. I ordered breakfast burrito with Eild Berry Parfait together with nice ice green tea. Burrito tasted delicious with freshly made ingredients. Parfait was amazing fruit was fresh. I am definitely coming back to relax and enjoy good food.
